Contract Rotating Days and Nights 3x12-Hour Shifts 07:00–19:30 or 19:00–07:30 Every Other Weekend Some Holidays No Call

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
- Operate and manage the NextStage CVVH machine for continuous renal replacement therapy
- Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
- Float to other units as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity cardiovascular patient care


Required Qualifications

- Active RN license required
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in CVICU or a directly related specialty
- Demonstrated CVICU experience required
- Experience and working knowledge of the NextStage CVVH machine required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted


Preferred Experience / Skills

- Experience in a Cardiothoracic Surgery setting
- Experience in an Acuity Adaptable care environment
