We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Hospice Palliative Care for a travel position.
Requirements include at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
The Role Involves
• Providing patient care through 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours weekly.
• Communicating critical updates to healthcare providers to facilitate timely decisions.
• Conducting patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings in accordance with protocols.
