Job Description
Role: Hematology-Oncology Physician providing locum tenens support in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include: managing a balanced caseload of hematology and oncology cases, including adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on malignant hematology in inpatient settings. The role involves outpatient and inpatient care, with some call duties.
Qualifications And Skills
• Board certification in Hematology-Oncology
• Active medical license in the required state
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
• Comfort working with malignant hematology cases
Key duties: providing comprehensive hematology and oncology care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring quality patient treatment. The position requires adaptability to various clinical settings and patient populations.
