Job Description
Role: Staff Nurse in a Freestanding Emergency Department
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based emergency care to diverse patients.
• Perform rapid assessments and administer medications appropriately.
• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Utilize advanced monitoring and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and engagement.
• Support safe transitions of care to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
• Current nursing license and relevant clinical experience.
