You’ll work alongside world-class researchers, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to advance our understanding of genetic disorders, cancer genomics, and personalized therapeutics.At GenomeInnovate, we offer competitive compensation, equity stakes, and unparalleled growth opportunities in a dynamic, mission-driven culture.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute high-throughput sequencing experiments (WGS, WES, RNA-seq) using Illumina, PacBio, or Oxford Nanopore platforms.Develop and validate bioinformatics pipelines for genomic data analysis, including variant calling, functional annotation, and pathway enrichment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate genomic findings into actionable clinical insights for precision medicine applications.Lead R&D initiatives in novel genomic technologies, such as single-cell sequencing or spatial transcriptomics.Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences.Mentor junior scientists and contribute to grant proposals and funding applications.Ensure compliance with GLP/GCP standards and maintain rigorous documentation for regulatory submissions.Stay abreast of emerging trends in genomics, epigenomics, and synthetic biology to drive innovation.Technical Requirements:PhD in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience.Proven expertise in NGS data analysis (e.g., GATK, BWA, STAR, DESeq2) and programming (Python, R, or Perl).Hands-on experience with genomic platforms (Illumina NovaSeq, 10x Genomics, etc.) and laboratory automation.Strong publication record in high-impact journals (e.g., Nature Genetics, Cell, Genome Research).Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for scalable genomics workflows.Familiarity with machine learning applications in genomics (e.g., deep learning for variant prediction).Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering results.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.sbs/form/jobs
