Job Description
Role Overview: The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for exchanging scientific information with healthcare professionals involved in managing myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and develop relationships with medical community leaders, clinics, and institutions.
• Provide high-quality medical and scientific support, including advisory meetings, training, and educational initiatives.
• Lead and support medical education on disease states, guidelines, and product information.
• Manage scientific studies and ensure alignment with medical and commercial objectives.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Represent the company at major conferences and develop expertise in hematology and oncology.
• Mentor colleagues, prepare scientific literature, and support cross-functional teams such as Market Access.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, contributing to strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO).
• 3+ years in field medical or MSL roles within Hematology or Oncology.
• Strong knowledge of hematology, oncology, and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory and work remotely.
• Proven ability to lead projects, develop key relationships, and maintain scientific expertise.
