Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident in the Oncology Progressive department.
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and maintaining professional accountability.
Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care
Maintaining adherence to mission, values, and standards
Performing duties in a manner consistent with hospital policies
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
Current RN licensure and ability to meet state requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
Preferred: 1 year of RN experience
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements
