Job Description
Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations.
Coordinating and documenting safe care delivery while promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Participating in professional development, mentoring, and maintaining clinical competencies.
Contributing to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
Adhering to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety goals.
Qualifications:
Licensed RN (single or multi-state compact) with BLS certification.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Less than one year of clinical experience required; prior direct care experience preferred.
Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and evidence-based practice.
