Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, collaborate with team members, and ensure documentation accuracy. Act as a patient advocate, address concerns, and promote patient and family-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree, current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and professionalism. Seeks ongoing professional development and supports mentorship of colleagues.
