Role Overview:

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice within a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational values, ensuring compliance with licensing and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking to deliver personalized care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practices.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, contribute to protocol development, and support resource management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional development.
