Job Description
Role Overview
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care at a cancer center.
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver high-quality care, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate with other departments. Maintains patient rights, confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards in line with mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform nursing duties including medication administration, treatments, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Preferred 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other physical duties.
