Oncology Clinic RN - $32-48 per hour

Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an outpatient Oncology setting, supporting scheduled treatments such as chemotherapy, blood products, IV hydration, and central line care.

Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care.

Participates in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a healing, patient-centered environment.

Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and continuity of care, including initial management of patients requiring hospital admission.

Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid RN license essential; no prior experience necessary, but <2 years of experience is preferred.

Skills & Key Duties: Critical assessment, planning, patient education, teamwork, and adherence to standards of nursing care. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with rotating shifts, including nights.
