Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Oncology unit
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based cancer care, including chemotherapy administration and symptom management
Educate patients and support their families
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient responses and document in the EHR
Promote safety and uphold quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure
Strong clinical knowledge of oncology nursing practices
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
