We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and coordinate patient care during hospital stays, utilizing a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing comprehensive assessments, including admission, transfer, post-op, and discharge evaluations.
• Developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnostics, and physician orders.
• Implementing and documenting nursing interventions, administering medications, and coordinating referrals and education.
• Monitoring patient conditions, recognizing changes, and taking appropriate nursing actions.
• Providing specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and professional standards, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, while respecting confidentiality and promoting service excellence.
• Participating in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and unit-based initiatives.
• Providing age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients, and demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and respect.

Qualifications Include

• Current RN licensure in applicable states (Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, or compact state).
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and work collaboratively in a team environment.
