Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in MedSurg Oncology
Responsibilities
• Provide direct bedside nursing care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, promoting staff development and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate complex oncology and medical-surgical patient care, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Oversee patient flow and support interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a clinical resource to guide staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications And Skills
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in oncology, medical-surgical care, or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and team leadership abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
