Registered Nurse - Charge, MedSurg, FT Days

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in developing and executing care plans; document assessments and care delivered.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications; pursue ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
• Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; current RN license; BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
