Job Description
Registered Nurse Role Overview
• Provide personalized, compassionate patient care in a rehabilitation setting
• Supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build strong relationships with patients and families to support recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Support and mentor fellow staff members in complex patient needs
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications And Skills
• Valid RN licensure as per state requirements
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous
Key Duties: Lead patient care, foster recovery-focused relationships, communicate effectively across departments, and support team development.
