Job Description
Role And Responsibilities
Seeking a Board-Certified or eligible Urologist with a subspecialty in Endourology to join a pioneering academic urology department.
Responsibilities include outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, operating room cases, and shared call coverage.
Focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures, upper urinary tract pathology, advanced stone disease management, and procedures like ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and novel BPH treatments.
Contribute to the development of the department, influence clinical protocols, and support educational initiatives, including a future urology residency program.
Engage in research, educational, and leadership activities within a state-of-the-art environment equipped with advanced technology including DaVinci robots and urodynamic equipment.
Qualifications And Skills
Hold a fellowship in Endourology (1-2 years), with expertise in laser technology, advanced imaging, and complex endoscopic techniques.
Unrestricted Arizona Medical License or eligibility, DEA license, and commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
Experience with diverse patient populations and a collaborative mindset are essential.
