Patient Flow Coordinator

Role Overview



The position involves coordinating patient flow, managing patient placement requests, and assigning environmental services personnel to ensure smooth hospital operations.



Responsibilities include dispatching efficiently, resolving departmental issues, and ensuring staff availability to support patient care and visitor needs.



Qualifications & Skills





- Experience in healthcare or call center environments required
- Dispatching or high-volume scheduling experience preferred
- Basic medical terminology knowledge; Epic Software experience is a plus
- Flexible schedule, willing to work weekends if needed
- Excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and listening skills
