Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Maintains safety-sensitive standards, requiring alertness and safe work practices.

• Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, RN license, and no prior experience required; a Bachelor’s Degree with two years of experience is preferred.
• Preferred experience in operating room (OR) settings.
