Job Description
Join a dedicated nursing team in a general medicine unit providing compassionate, patient-centered care for diverse medical and surgical patients.
As a registered nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards. Key responsibilities include educating patients and families on managing health conditions, promoting safety and quality compliance, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and health maintenance.
• Participate in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development.
• Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans while considering patient preferences and barriers.
Qualifications Include
• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing is advantageous; no prior supervisor experience required.
• Preferred: BSN degree and two years of nursing experience.
