Job Description
Seeking a Palliative Care/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) to provide locum tenens support in a health center setting.
Responsibilities include: delivering patient care in oncology and palliative care, managing varying patient volumes, and working a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 40 hours weekly.
Qualifications: current Connecticut medical license, Board Certification, BLS, DEA credentials, and ability to credential within 60 days or less.
Skills required: strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and ability to work independently within a team.
Key duties: providing comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, symptom management, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
