Job Description
Seeking two Hematology/Oncology physicians to support a comprehensive cancer center in partnership with a renowned medical institution.
The role involves providing medical oncology and hematology care within an 8,500 sq ft outpatient facility and managing the inpatient cancer program at a top-rated, accredited hospital.
Key responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary clinics, utilizing advanced linear accelerator and imaging technology, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
The position offers a generous salary guarantee, productivity bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, malpractice coverage, vacation, CME, 401K, and profit sharing.
Additional duties include covering call shifts (one in four weekends) with partnership opportunities available after two years.
Ideal candidates will have board certification in Hematology/Oncology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care and safety.
