Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care as part of the patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; assist in care planning and prioritize patient flow.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures, applying independent judgment when appropriate.
• Respond to patient and family concerns, provide health education, and promote patient-centered care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, pursue growth opportunities, and adhere to all standards and policies.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Associates or Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license and certifications including BLS; multi-state licensing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
