Outpatient Oncology Infusion Nurse

This role involves providing direct patient care within an outpatient oncology setting, including assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
in accordance with established standards.



Responsibilities include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment needs. The nurse will participate in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and compliance, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.



Ideal candidates possess a nursing diploma or associate's degree, RN licensure, and preferably a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience. Prior oncology experience and chemo certification are preferred.



Additional requirements include critical nursing skills, the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, and strong communication and evaluation skills.
