Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless communication.
• Supervising nursing staff, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on specific units.
• Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient progress and outcomes throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications And Skills
• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience, with leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role.
Ideal candidates possess leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills to motivate teams and deliver compassionate care in a dynamic environment.
