Job Description
We are seeking a registered nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive, age-specific patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities Include
Assessing patients’ physiologic and psychosocial health status, including vital signs, pain, and emotional well-being.
Developing individualized care plans, setting patient outcomes, and establishing priorities to meet care goals.
Implementing and evaluating care, ensuring safety, accurate documentation, and timely interventions.
Administering medications and treatments safely, including IVs and dressings.
Providing patient and family education, discharge planning, and support services.
Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and delegate tasks appropriately.
Participating in quality improvement, emergency response, and skin care procedures.
Qualifications Include
Graduate from an accredited Nursing School; BSN preferred, with enrollment in an accredited program if applicable.
Current RN license in the relevant state.
Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving patients or equipment. Additional site-specific qualifications may apply.
