Medical/Oncology - Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview



This position provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.



Key Responsibilities





- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.





Qualifications





- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: RN required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
