Med Care Manager

Role Overview



The Medication Aide/Med Tech ensures residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity in a senior living environment.



Key Responsibilities





- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real-time
- Observe residents during and after medication passes, monitor symptoms, and report concerns promptly
- Complete narcotic counts as per policy and maintain organized medication carts and rooms
- Follow infection control and safety standards to prevent medication errors and ensure resident safety





Qualifications & Skills





- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- Medication Administration certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Preferred experience in senior care
