Locums Medical Oncologist

Role Overview: This position involves providing specialized healthcare services, including chemotherapy management, pain management, end-of-life care, and developing new treatment plans. The provider will work closely with existing on-site radiation and surgical oncology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for hospital census of 10-15 patients daily and clinic census of 10-30 patients daily
• Coordinate chemotherapy, pain management, and end-of-life care
• Develop and implement new treatment plans
• Collaborate with on-site oncology providers for radiation and surgical treatments
• Utilize online portal for assignment details and time entry

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in chemotherapy and pain management
• Ability to develop treatment plans and provide end-of-life care
• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
