Clinical Pharmacist - Hematology Oncology

Role Overview: This Pharmacist provides safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy, developing evidence-based care plans focused on patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver pharmaceutical care, review and interpret medication orders, monitor drug safety and efficacy, advise medical staff on drug therapy, and provide patient discharge consultations. They also perform drug calculations, prepare sterile and compounded medications, and oversee pharmacy staff and resources to ensure standards are met. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and participation in policy review are integral to this role.

Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Doctoral preferred) is required. Candidates must possess strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and leadership capabilities to supervise pharmacy personnel.
