Clinical Nurse Outpatient Infusion

Role Overview



Seeking a compassionate Oncology RN to provide direct patient care in an outpatient infusion setting, administering therapies such as chemotherapy, blood products, and IV hydration. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.



Key Responsibilities





- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
- Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and communicating across care continuum.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual values.





Qualifications & Skills





- Required: RN license, Nursing diploma/associates degree; preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Experience: 2+ years preferred; oncology experience is a plus.
- Strong IV insertion, port access, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
