Role Overview:

This position involves creating and implementing staff education and professional development programs to enhance patient care in a Radiation Oncology Department supporting leading cancer treatment centers. The role requires collaborating with staff and external partners to develop clinical training, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and assessing educational needs to develop tailored plans.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and evaluate ongoing educational activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Develop and present clinically focused training and professional development opportunities.
Participate in safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and create appropriate programs.
Engage in ongoing professional growth and lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
RN license with 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles.
Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
Strong collaboration, assessment, and program development skills.
