Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - Part-Time Days

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.



Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree with RN licensure; no prior experience necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least two years of experience. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role is essential.
