Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a Doctorate preferred, alongside at least 8 years of progressive healthcare experience, notably in oncology or service line management, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. You should bring advanced knowledge of healthcare administration, strong strategic capabilities, and a proven track record in change leadership and driving innovative solutions. Exceptional collaboration, relationship management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build partnerships within a matrixed organizational environment. A clinical background, relevant professional certification, and a commitment to continuous professional development will be regarded favorably.
