Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Medicare population. This role offers a stable, supportive environment with a focus on quality outcomes, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities include managing a manageable patient volume (~15 patients/day), emphasizing relationship-based care, and providing a full scope of primary care services. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with time allocated for walk-ins and administrative tasks.
