Urologist - Locums Assistance

Role Overview: This position involves inpatient urology coverage in a hospital setting, primarily focusing on adult patients with pediatric urology preferred. Responsibilities include rounding on unassigned patients, managing an average of 7 patients and 4 consults daily, and performing ureteroscopy with advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic skills valued. The schedule is weekday inpatient coverage from Monday morning to Friday morning, with potential for ongoing assignments.

Key Duties

• Provide inpatient care and patient rounding
• Manage daily patient volume, including consults and admissions
• Perform ureteroscopy and related procedures
• Collaborate within the hospital team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• General and adult urology expertise required; pediatric urology preferred
• Proficiency in advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic techniques
• Ability to handle adult patient population; neonates not required
