We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Monterey. In this role, you will administer rehabilitation services to residents in long-term care settings. Your responsibilities will include evaluating residents’ mobility, strength, and balance, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with the care team on discharge planning. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure are required. Experience in long-term care or SNF settings is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of $2553 per week.
