In this role, you will administer rehabilitation services to residents in long-term care settings. Your responsibilities will include evaluating residents’ mobility, strength, and balance, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with the care team on discharge planning. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, be licensed to practice in the state, and have experience in long-term care or SNF settings.
