TLC Allied is hiring a travel Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Portola Valley, CA. This 5x8 day-shift position pays $1,658 to $1,708 per week. The Physical Therapist assesses residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and activities of daily living; develops individualized rehabilitation plans; provides therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait training; coordinates with nursing and therapy staff; supports discharge planning; documents progress in the EHR; and educates residents and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs. Listed qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program, applicable physical therapy licensure or eligibility, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar rehabilitation setting.
