Key Responsibilities
• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients using Varian TrueBeam treatment systems
• Operate and utilize VisionRT surface-guided radiation therapy technology during treatment delivery
• Document and manage patient treatment records using Aria EMR
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment setup in accordance with prescribed plans
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
• Active Virginia (VA) Radiation Therapist license required at time of submittal
• RT(T) certification required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience using Varian treatment systems
• Hands-on experience with Varian TrueBeam, VisionRT, and Aria EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a high-volume radiation oncology setting
• Familiarity with advanced treatment techniques and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT)
