We are seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a travel role in Grover Beach, California.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs.
• Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
• Collaborating with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
• Performing reassessments and updating the plan of care based on patient response.
