Job Description

TLC Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for an assignment in Sacramento, CA, paying $2,363 to $2,435 per week. The schedule is Days - 5 x 8. This outpatient PT role provides rehabilitation services for patients with musculoskeletal, sports, or neurological conditions. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized therapy plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and educating patients on home exercises and injury prevention. Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent, state licensure, a current U.S. PT license, and CPR/BLS certification.
