Qualifications:

• Active MD SLP License (required)

• Experience or confidence working with a K12 caseload

• Versatility in schools, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy environments

• Commitment to fostering student achievement, regardless of disability

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students with a mixture of disabilities (caseload: 25 students)

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress

• Deliver both onsite and occasional teletherapy support, if needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
