Occupational Therapist School Setting - Cranston, RI

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of MA

• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, educators, and parents

• Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans for young learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted therapy plans for preschool and elementary students

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to support students academic success and functional participation in school

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
