Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry

Seeking a Travel RN Telemetry Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include: managing patient assessments, responding to condition changes, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications: compact license, experience in long-term resident care, medication administration, proficiency with electronic medical records, knowledge of memory care and MDS assessments, and familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units. Additional skills in IV therapy, wound care, and tube feedings are preferred.

Key duties: providing telemetry monitoring, patient management, and effective communication within a healthcare environment.
