Oncology Infusion RN - Hourly

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Infusion specializing in oncology care, providing direct patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participate in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; RN licensure required.
• No prior experience necessary, but oncology experience and less than two years of RN experience are preferred.
• Strong critical nursing skills, patient education, and collaboration abilities.
