Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with Med Surg specialization
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor and document patient conditions, collaborate across disciplines, deliver patient/family education, delegate tasks to staff, and precept new hires or students.
Qualifications: Current RN license in Maine or ability to obtain promptly, strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, with at least one year of nursing experience preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
