Job Description
Seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel role in Lodi, California.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharges.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and updates.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
• Strong documentation and patient communication skills.
