Job Description

TLC Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Lithonia, GA, paying $2,421–$2,495 per week. This assignment features an evening 4 x 10 shift. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs imaging procedures to help diagnose and monitor disease. Responsibilities include preparing radiopharmaceuticals, positioning and monitoring patients, operating gamma cameras and SPECT/CT equipment, assessing image quality, documenting procedures, maintaining radiation safety and quality control, and communicating with physicians. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field, ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Basic Life Support certification, radiation safety training, and at least one year of clinical imaging experience. Experience with nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT or SPECT/CT, radiopharmaceutical handling, and dose calculations is included in the supplied qualifications.
